For Sophia's Blog post, she talks about hoe sportsmanship is indeed important. I commented on her post, which is this link, http://kidblog.org/MsEppelesClass/sophia496/whats-more-importent-teamwork-or-sportsmaship-both/#comment-806. The first thing Sophia points out is that in sports, sportsmanship is important. I told her that a sportsmanship like mind set is important in sports, but also important in life in general. For more specifics on this, check out the url posted about. Sophia mentions that if there were no teams, then everyone would work as individuals and look like sore losers running around.
She makes another point about how teamwork is important. She says that without teamwork in a sport, only a few players on the team would touch the ball, and those few would be the few to score. I agree with her, and will add that those team players that would not touch the ball and/or score would probably be emotionally pushed away from that specific sport. Well, what if that person not getting any attention was indeed good at that sport? This is like wasting talent. Yes, I do feel like this does happen every year in every state of the United States.
